Job Title: Salesforce Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant with strong technical expertise to support and enhance our existing Salesforce Cloud implementation. This role will involve working closely with our CPG business unit to implement key enhancements in Salesforce and develop integrated Tableau dashboards and reports using Salesforce data.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and enhance the current Salesforce Cloud setup to meet CPG team requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather enhancement requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement Salesforce customizations, workflows, and automation features as needed.

Extract and model Salesforce data to develop Tableau dashboards and reports.

Ensure seamless integration and data consistency between Salesforce and Tableau.

Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and reporting solutions.

Conduct testing, deployment, and documentation for all enhancements and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and cloud architecture.

Hands-on experience building Tableau reports and dashboards using Salesforce as a data source.

Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Prior experience in a CPG or similar industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification.

Tableau Desktop/Server certification.

Experience with Salesforce APIs, SOQL, or other integration tools.
