Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc is seeking a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to develop customized Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components, and to design integrations via REST and SOAP.

You will lead delivery teams, document designs, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Salesforce features, while working EST hours and traveling up to 50% depending on client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML)
  • Experience leading teams
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Ability to work EST hours starting at 8am EST each work day
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on client work and industries/sectors served
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices; Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on best practices.
  • Lead teams while remaining hands-on with delivery work.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.
  • Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and bugs.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce features and evaluate applicability to needs.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the project, you will:

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.

Lead teams while continuing to be hands-on.

Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needs.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications
Required:
