Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd seeks a senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong P&C insurance domain expertise to lead BA activities and shape Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will advise stakeholders, manage requirements, and support account growth from a remote position.

The role requires extensive experience across policy, underwriting, claims, billing, distribution, and customer service, with proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of BA/Consulting experience.
• 8+ years in Salesforce implementations.
• 4+ years of P&C insurance experience (Personal Lines/Homeowners).
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud/Insurance.
• Experience conducting requirements workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe and Jira experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of BA/Consulting experience with 8+ years in Salesforce implementations.
  
• 4+ years of P&C insurance experience, preferably Personal Lines/Homeowners.
  
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud/Insurance.
  
• Experience conducting requirements workshops with senior stakeholders.
  
• Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe and Jira experience.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Agentforce.
  
• Experience with Digital Insurance/FSC, Guidewire/Duck Creek integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics.
  
• PreSales, solutioning, or account-growth experience in a consulting environment.
