Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization. This is a fully remote role with M-F, 9-5 EST, open to candidates of all experience levels.

You will design Salesforce solutions, refine data models, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and development teams. Strong familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, and Tableau CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience re-engineering business processes.
• 5+ years capturing requirements and writing using Gherkin.
• 3+ years capturing and writing user stories.
• 3+ years BA experience in software/system environment.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint in Scrum/SAFe environments.
• Must possess valid Salesforce certification.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support a program committed to improving health outcomes across the US. This position is FULLY REMOTE and requires working availability from M-F, 9-5PM EST. Responsibilities of the Salesforce Business Analyst

• Design Salesforce solutions, develop and refine complex data models, integrate external systems, automate business processes, and build custom functionality to meet business needs.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams.
• Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development.
• Analyze and improve requirements-gathering processes to increase efficiency and drive better business outcomes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements

Required Experience of the Salesforce Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
• 3+ or more years of business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
• STRONG familiarity with and experience with Salesforce.
• In depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC, Aura, and Tableau CRM
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
• **Must possess Valid Salesforce certification
• **Bachelors' degree required

Compensation for the Salesforce Business Analyst

• Salary Range: $120,000-$125,000 depending on experience
