Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and Salesforce CRM, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business users and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and support of Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
• Work closely with IT teams to implement Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to user queries on a day-to-day basis.
• Create process and design flows using Microsoft Visio.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other data tools.
• Support data modeling, system design, and technical architecture discussions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage tasks using JIRA.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and project management best practices.
• Provide insights and reporting using Business Intelligence tools (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating process and design flows.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, databases, system design, and data modeling.
• Prior experience working in the Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and SDLC.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience (Computer Science preferred).

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
