Job summary

Vinsari LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a Salesforce & Boundary Applications Lead to manage onshore Salesforce Managed Services and act as primary technical contact for Salesforce and its integrated application ecosystem.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on and leadership experience in SFDC, with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and platform architecture, plus coordination with offshore teams and boundary app SMEs.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on and technical leadership experience in SFDC.
Strong knowledge of SFDC applications and 3rd party apps.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Ability to review Salesforce architecture and production issues.

Responsibilities

Lead the onshore Salesforce Managed Services function and act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce and its integrated application ecosystem.
Own technical triage, integration support, incident resolution, enhancements and continuous improvement across Salesforce and 13-15 boundary applications.
Coordinate with offshore teams, boundary SMEs/vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure stable, responsive managed services.
Review and assess the technical impact of Salesforce releases and upgrades; maintain Runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
