Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ten years related experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and six years related experience
• Experience with Salesforce and BI tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Formulates specifications for moderately complex operating software applications or modifies existing ones.
• Analyzes and evaluates systems; devises solutions and procedures to process data.
• Prepares diagrams and flowcharts; develops coding logic.
• Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs programs with IT and user departments.
• Reviews progress and reports inconsistencies to management.
• Supports after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
• Supports mortgage origination and CRM processes across the loan lifecycle.
