Job summary

The Ohio Department of Medicaid seeks a Salesforce Architect to join the Application Development team in Columbus. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership across internal and external stakeholders to meet ODM’s business needs.

Responsibilities include leading architecture/design sessions, mentoring teams, managing risks, and driving strategic roadmaps for Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4 years combined IT experience including solution design and project tasks.
Experience leading architecture/design sessions and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Lead complex initiatives for Salesforce platform and related frameworks.
Lead/participate in architecture and design sessions.
Serve as SME in project management best practices for Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and technical issues.
Research and validate software release compatibility and future planning.
Provide strategic roadmap and facilitate execution of strategies.
Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions.
