Job summary

Saksoft is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to define the technical direction of the Salesforce platform and manage a multi‑org environment across Marketing, Sales, and Service domains. Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the end‑to‑end Salesforce software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and release governance.
• Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and maintain DevOps processes including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design deployment strategies across environments and monitor delivery performance.
• Lead and mentor a small Salesforce team of developers and admins.
• Serve as a primary Salesforce technical expert and foster a culture of excellence.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate new Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and platform innovations, and recommend improvements.
• Balance out‑of‑the‑box capabilities with custom development while considering long‑term technical debt.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
