Job summary

The Greenbrier Companies is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead scalable, secure designs across Salesforce and adjacent platforms in a hybrid Microsoft-Salesforce enterprise environment. Translate business priorities into end-to-end designs across Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dataverse, ERP, and more.

This hands-on architecture role requires practical implementation depth, with strong Salesforce development background and ability to translate architecture into working solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with 4+ years designing Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations.
• Proven ability to translate architecture concepts into implemented solutions.
• Strong data modeling, security/sharing, and API experience.
• Experience designing API-led or event-driven integrations.
• Balancing architecture quality with delivery timelines and cost.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Define data models, security/sharing, and automation strategies.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate approaches including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, ERP).
• Lead architecture reviews and establish API design standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into roadmaps.
