Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Data360 Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data and analytics expertise. You will unify data across touchpoints, enable AI-driven insights, and strengthen the Agentforce + Data360 ecosystem.

In this role, you will engage with executives, design scalable architectures, mentor teams, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds to maximize value for clients and Salesforce alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• Minimum 8 years in enterprise consulting with analytics/CDP projects.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing data integration architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration across roles from Developer to Executives.

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject-matter expert for Agentforce + Data360 for the Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize architecture, dev/ops, and ROI.
• Identify capability gaps and design custom Architect solutions.
• Facilitate executive discussions and align tech strategy with business value.
• Run plays matching the engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data360.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce + Data360 subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including how Data360 relates to the success of AI
• Engage with our Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce + Data360
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify creative Architect solutions through customization
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI
• Run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Agentforce + Data360 customers
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI
• Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in the Analytics/CDP spaces
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data & integration architecture, with a focus on guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data360
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive
