Job summary

Infosys, a leading global IT services company, seeks a Package Consultant 3 in the US Financial Services unit to drive ERP customizations, architecture design, and complex integrations across banking, wealth management, and insurance.

You will lead data migrations, ensure security and compliance, and optimize performance while collaborating with ERP and Salesforce teams on AI-powered automations and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Salesforce Architecture, including solution design, integration, security, and scalability.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce, with expertise in building and deploying AI-powered agents and automations.
• Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for custom Salesforce application development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill and Experience

• Hands‑on experience in Enterprise Salesforce Architecture, including solution design, integration, security, and scalability.
• Hands‑on experience in Salesforce Agentforce, with expertise in building and deploying AI‑powered agents and automations.
• Hands‑on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for custom Salesforce application development.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Enterprise Salesforce Architecture experience within Senior/Lead Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture, Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Platform Automation.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, Security, Custom Metadata, and Governance.
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Asynchronous Processing, and Integration Patterns.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Enterprise Salesforce Implementations.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the Reston, VA will be $ 1,19,460 to $1,55,298
