Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join our Financial Services unit in the US, focusing on ERP customization and integration across banking, wealth management and insurance sectors.

You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in architecture design, and develop new features while ensuring security and compliance. Travel/relocation may be required; US work authorization is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities

Additional Required Qualifications
