Job summary

A global staff augmentation firm is seeking a Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect for complex Salesforce projects. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering, and extensive experience in Salesforce applications and Microsoft compliance architecture. Candidates must have strong stakeholder engagement skills and certifications such as SC-400 or equivalent. The position offers a competitive pay of $60/hr - $65/hr and is categorized as a contract role.

Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

A Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect applies management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to support complex Salesforce projects, applying enterprise architecture principles.
Utilizes methods such as IT business systems development and technical solutions that align with business processes for Salesforce applications.
Accomplishes this through requirements analysis, needs assessments, and selection and implementation of integration strategies, including lifecycle sustainability.
Provides subject matter expertise in industry and specific knowledge of methods including enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management; business process design and re‑engineering; investment decision‑making and support for solution architecture development/management; and supports attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and IT strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related or Engineering field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of applying specifically for Salesforce applications Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
Experience and expertise of 5+ years in Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and G5 Compliance capabilities; proven success implementing compliance in regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High).
Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance.
Experience supporting AI governance or responsible AI initiatives in enterprise settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL for compliance automation and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive audiences.
One of the following certifications: SC‑400, SC‑100, MS‑102, SC‑300, CIPP/US or CIPP/G, CISA (or equivalent).
