Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Business Systems Manager – Salesforce to lead the Salesforce ecosystem, web applications, and Oracle ERP integrations. You will govern configurations, drive automation, and align investments with measurable business value across Sales, Service, and Operations.

The role requires 7–10+ years in business systems, Salesforce certifications, and global process knowledge. Hybrid work, travel, and a leadership focus are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in business systems management, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and web applications.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Understanding of global sales, service, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading systems initiatives in global companies.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business systems strategy and governance aligned to IT roadmap and enterprise architecture.
• Own systems lifecycle from intake through retirement; govern changes and measure performance.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into system solutions; liaison between IT and Sales/Service/Operations.
• Define and manage service levels; escalation point for Tier 2/3 issues; ensure vendor releases are tested and deployed with no disruption.
• Lead projects involving Salesforce integrations with other systems; manage vendor/SOWs and drive RFP processes when needed.
• Maintain security/compliance, data governance, and master data standards across Salesforce and integrated systems.
