Job summary

Core Health & Fitness seeks a Manager, Business Systems - Salesforce to lead the Salesforce ecosystem, web apps, and integrations with Oracle ERP. You will drive strategy, governance, and performance across Sales, Service, and Operations.

You will own the lifecycle, manage vendor relationships, and champion automation and AI where it adds business value. This role requires leadership across global teams and a proactive, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 to 10+ years in business systems management, including at least 3 years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and web applications.
• Solid understanding of global sales, service, and manufacturing business processes.
• Proven experience leading systems initiatives in global companies.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead business systems strategy and governance aligned to the Corporate IT roadmap and enterprise architecture.
• Own the systems lifecycle from intake through retirement.
• Define and track success measurements related to business value.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into system solutions.
• Oversee vendor and managed-service relationships, including SLAs.
• Lead projects involving Salesforce integrations with ERP and other systems.
