Job summary
MaxAccelerate Technology Group in the United States is seeking a skilled professional to deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects, training teams on Agentforce capabilities and best practices.
You will guide AI use-case design, prompt engineering, and orchestration, mentoring teams, reviewing implementations, and helping scale AI solutions across enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents).
- Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end.
- Deep background as a Salesforce Consultant or Architect.
- Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as sales automation and customer service automation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects.
- Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases including AI SDR, Customer Service, and Onboarding agents.
- Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows.
- Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments.
- Review and improve existing implementations and use cases.
- Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
