Job summary

Robert Half Inc. invites a Software Engineer I to design and deliver Salesforce-based applications, automating marketing operations and delivering AI-driven insights. You will work primarily on Apex, LWC, and integrations, building scalable web and cloud components.

Collaborate with engineers and business partners in an agile environment, contributing to AI, ML initiatives and modern web development, with opportunities to grow in Salesforce, AI, and cloud engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce development including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC.
• Exposure to Agentforce and Einstein Copilot or similar AI-enabled Salesforce tools.
• Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, or similar and modern front-end architecture.
• Cloud environments like Azure or AWS and DevOps tools such as Git, SFDX CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies and GPT models applied to business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Web Components, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Extend and customize Agentforce capabilities for intelligent employee experiences.
• Leverage Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI to enhance marketing and sales workflows.
• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives including LLM integration into processes.
• Support back-end services, APIs, and automation with Node.js, Python, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Collaborate with product managers, data teams, and business partners to translate ideas into software solutions.
• Participate in Agile practices, peer code reviews, and team discussions.
