Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Business Systems team. The role focuses on Apex and Lightning Web Components, with additional AI tooling to speed up development.

The position reports to the Senior Salesforce Technical Lead and supports Salesforce environments behind the SalesPro platform for crane rental, sales, and field operations nationwide. The role is ideally based in Houston, TX with a hybrid in-office and remote schedule, though remote candidates

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC.
• Understanding governor limits, order of execution, and bulkification.
• Familiarity with Git-based development; SFDX exposure; CI/CD pipelines a plus.
• Comfortable with agile 2-week sprints including backlog grooming and story pointing.
• Interest and proficiency with AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor).
• Location in Houston, TX or willing to relocate; hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components using wire methods.
• Create declarative automations with Flows and validation rules.
• Define custom objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts.
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues; escalate as needed.
• Use Git and Salesforce DX for source-driven development; follow CI/CD.
• Ensure data quality, including deduplication and validation.
• Collaborate in agile sprints with the team; participate in planning.
