Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Mandatory Agentforce certification.
• Hands-on with Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, and data models.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiar with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Implement Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flows, approvals, and security.
• Develop reusable Salesforce components following best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployments.
• Design and implement Agentforce and AI-enabled workflows.
• Establish secure, scalable data exchanges with external systems.
• Use DX, Git, and CI/CD tools for releases.
