Position Overview
The Salesforce AgentForce Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing application support and enhancements to the AgentForce solution in the production environment. This role will involve managing the solution strategy roadmap and coordinating expectations with counterparts in India. Your role

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce AgentForce solutions.
  
• Oversee application support and enhancements for AgentForce in the production environment.
  
• Manage the solution strategy roadmap for Salesforce AgentForce, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  
• Collaborate with counterparts in India to manage expectations and deliver AgentForce solutions.
  
• Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system stability and performance.
  
• Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce AgentForce development and deployment.
  
• Train and mentor team members on Salesforce AgentForce technologies and methodologies.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
