Job summary

New Resources Consulting, LLC seeks a Mid-Senior Salesforce Administrator for hybrid work in Milwaukee. You will manage Salesforce Sales Cloud across multiple instances, implement declarative changes, and craft reports and dashboards to support sales and service teams.

You will document environments, coordinate production rollouts, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• 3+ years’ declarative configuration and administration experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Diverse Salesforce product knowledge and proven technical expertise. Versed in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Communities and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of trade-offs between declarative and programmatic solutions.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards on the Salesforce platform.
