Job summary

StemWave is a medical technology company whose non-invasive technology helps patients recover and reduce pain. The company is fast-growing, serving over 500 medical offices, with a small, hands-on IT team.

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own users, security, data quality, reports and dashboards, build objects and Flows, and manage tickets from intake to closure in a fully remote role with a US-based team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with B2B sales support.
• Proven experience designing and building Salesforce Flows independently.
• Strong skills in user management, security, reporting, and troubleshooting across applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce administrator managing users, security, data quality, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and automation.

Job description

• Join a small, hands-on IT team working alongside Boston-based colleagues.
• Salesforce is your home base, but you'll also work across ERP, eCommerce, and integration stack.
• You'll own issues from first request to final delivery, from urgent fixes to enhancements.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as primary Salesforce administrator managing users, security, data quality, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and automation.
• Own tickets from intake to closure, identify real business needs and root causes.

What You Bring:
