Job summary

NinjaTrader Clearing, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own day-to-day administration and declarative configuration of our Salesforce org in Chicago. You will manage users, access, flows, layouts, and data quality, collaborating with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

This hands-on role suits someone early in their Salesforce career, eager to own their work, document changes, and grow with the platform while aligning with our finance-focused

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Working proficiency with the core declarative toolset: users and permission sets, page layouts and record pages, list views, Flows, and validation rules
• Familiarity with data-management tools such as Data Loader, and comfort with import/export and basic data cleanup
• Foundational understanding of the Salesforce security model — profiles, permission sets, and record access/visibility
• Ability to build and maintain basic reports and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and a habit of documenting your work
• Clear communication and reliable, follow-through-oriented approach
• Genuine drive to continually learn Salesforce knowledge and capabilities
• Familiarity with change management tools is a plus
• Prior experience in finance or financial markets is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer users, licenses, permission sets, and profiles, ensuring proper access and timely changes
• Build and maintain declarative configuration: Custom Objects, Lightning pages, layouts, list views, Flows, validation rules
• Manage day-to-day admin requests, confirm requirements, communicate status, close loops with stakeholders
• Import/export and maintain data with Data Loader and related tools, ensuring data quality
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for team visibility
• Keep the org clean and governed, document changes, maintain ticket hygiene, follow sandbox procedures
• Diagnose routine issues and escalate complex work with context to analysts and developers
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to translate requirements into sound solutions
• Grow platform knowledge and take on more complex admin work as you progress
