Zusammenfassung

EP Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a technical professional to build, test, and support Agentforce agents, creating robust workflows and secure integrations. You will configure Data 360 access and ensure auditable controls that meet cybersecurity standards, translating business needs into reusable agent processes and measurable success metrics.

You will continuously refine agent behavior based on production results and user feedback, collaborating with product and data teams to deliver scalable

Qualifikationen

Experience building agent/workflow platforms.
Strong understanding of REST API design and security.
Familiarity with data governance and Data 360 tooling.
Ability to translate business requirements into automated workflows.

Aufgaben

Build, test, and support Agentforce agents with instructions, actions, decision logic, and human handoffs.
Develop secure integrations using REST APIs, Flow, Apex, and middleware patterns.
Configure Data 360, retrieval, grounding, and permissions for trusted AI access.
Ensure auditability, controls, and compliance with cybersecurity and risk standards.
Translate business requirements into reusable agent workflows and success measures.
Refine agent behavior based on production results and user feedback.
