# Salesforce AdministratorCoderRemoteRemote - United StatesAs the Salesforce Administrator at Coder, you’ll help keep our Salesforce environment reliable, efficient, and ready to support the business. You will help keep our Salesforce environment running cleanly and efficiently, and you'll work closely with Finance and our Sales Ops Salesforce Admin. The work spans day-to-day administration, Flow builds, and DealHub CPQ support — with occasional AI-assisted development tasks mixed in.You'll be working alongside someone who knows the environment well, so the expectation is that you can plug in quickly and operate with minimal hand-holding.**What you’ll do here**1. Own day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, configuration, and data integrity2. Design, implement, and troubleshoot Automations using Salesforce Flow3. Configure and support DealHub CPQ including pricing rules, quote templates, and related requests4. Build and maintain reports and dashboards, with a focus on pipeline and revenue visibility for Finance5. Partner cross functionally on projects, sandbox management, and incoming support work6. Assist with Apex AI-assisted development tasks as needed7. Support data quality efforts including deduplication and cleanup as needed8. Manage end to end implementation of Salesforce including Okta provisioning, sales tools, and CPQ9. Own data governance across Salesforce by enforcing data quality standards, managing field-level security and access, and building validation rules that catch bad data at entry. You'll audit integrity regularly and partner with RevOps and Engineering to keep CRM data trustworthy10. Lead technical delivery of system improvements: scoping, building, testing, and deploying changes end-to-end11. Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox environments, and deployment processes12. Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components13. Own integrations between Salesforce and connected systems including architecture, build, testing, and maintenance14. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and code documentation15. Use AI-assisted development tools for Apex and other technical work as needed.**What we’re looking for**1. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience2. 2-5 years of Salesforce experience required: Apex classes and triggers, SOQL, Visual Force3. Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows4. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)5. Okta provisioning in Salesforce6. Direct experience with DealHub CPQ7. The ability to enter an established environment, understand it quickly, and work with minimal oversight.**Bonus tacos if you have**1. Familiarity with finance team workflows or working within a finance-adjacent org2. Experience with Rattle, Zapier, and Metronome3.
