Insightec, a leading medical technology company, seeks a Salesforce Administrator for a fully remote US role. You will manage Salesforce and related apps, implement processes with the Commercial team, and drive user adoption across the global organization.

You’ll translate complex business needs into effective configurations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to CRM optimizations. A Salesforce Admin cert is required, with Service Cloud and Apex knowledge a plus.

• 3+ years of experience as Salesforce.com administrator/implementation in a global company.
• Salesforce.com Admin certification.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Salesforce Community functionality.
• Experience translating business requirements into system enhancements.
• Experience with data management, security, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Salesforce CRM administrator and related technologies (HubSpot, Conga CPQ).
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and security settings.
• Work with Commercial team to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users to improve adoption of Salesforce and related apps.
• Perform configurations, data quality tasks, and automation (Flows, validation rules).
• Oversee data management, deduplication, and integration with other systems.
• Document system changes and user guides to improve knowledge sharing.

At Information Systems (or similar)* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Salesforce.com administrator/Implementation in a global company* Saleforce.com certified Admin* Strong understanding of the Sales-Cloud platform and Salesforce Community functionality and best practices* A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements; specifically Commercial related* Excellent project management skills* Apex knowledge – advantage* Experience with Service Cloud – advantage* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.* High self-learning capabilities* Service oriented & team player* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Good understanding of global-company business-processes* Experience with BI tools (Power BI) – advantage#### Apply for this position
