Convoy of Hope is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and optimize our Salesforce platform and related apps. You will manage the product roadmap, design scalable solutions, and support fundraising data workflows to improve impact.
The role emphasizes analytical data management, reporting, and end-user training, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer service in a faith-based environment.

The Salesforce Administrator supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by configuring, supporting, maintaining, and continually improving Salesforce and installed applications. Continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best-practice solutions, managing the product roadmap, and identifying areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator must have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, with a special focus on how to increase the effectiveness of the various fundraising efforts at Convoy of Hope.

Serves as an advocate for the ministry, striving to nurture, broaden, and develop financial and other resource opportunities to support and expand organizational and program ministry. Positively represents the ministry of Convoy of Hope, including its mission statement and core values, to all outside constituencies.
