Job summary

Persistent Systems in Brentwood, TN is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. You will set development standards, guide cross-functional teams, and architect secure, scalable integrations with external platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in Salesforce with 4+ years in an architect capacity, strong Apex/Visualforce/Lightning expertise, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years Salesforce experience with at least 4 years in an architect role.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, data migration, and integration tools.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.

• Mentor developers, architects, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation across the Salesforce team

• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer.
