ALLIANT CYBERSECURITY is hiring a Salesforce Administrator in Houston, TX to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform and sales tech stack. You will focus on advanced configuration, data integrity, and enterprise-scale automation to maximize user adoption across GTM teams.

You will maintain security models, build declarative automations, and ensure seamless integrations with marketing tools. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Sales Cloud preferred.
• Proficient in enterprise security models, custom objects, high-volume flows, and sandbox lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level declarative configuration and data orchestration for sales tech stack.
• Administer limits, custom objects, storage, and security across environments.
• Configure profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules per security model.
• Provide proactive user support and drive adoption of Salesforce and related tools.
• Build declarative automations with Salesforce Flow, approvals, and validation rules.
• Maintain integrations ensuring seamless data flow with marketing tools.
• Use Salesforce Inspector and RingLead for imports, deduplication, and schema checks.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Gathers requirements and trains users to maximize productivity.

Job description

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform and integrated sales tech slack. This role focuses on advanced platform configuration, data integrity, enterprise-scale process automation, and maximizing user adoption across our go-to-market teams. Key Responsibilities

Manage the enterprise-level declarative configuration, data orchestration, and sales productivity tech-stack.

Administer the expanded limits, custom objects, and storage capabilities inherent to the environment.

Configure and maintain user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules following strict security models and enterprise data compliance.

Deliver responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented support to Salesforce users, communicate clearly throughout issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and satisfaction.

Build and update declarative automations using Salesforce Flow, orchestrations, approval processes, and validation rules.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize third-party integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across our sales and marketing tools.

Utilize Salesforce Inspector and RingLead to execute regular imports, exports, cleanups, deduplication tasks, schema inspection, and metadata troubleshooting.

Design and maintain advanced custom reports and dashboards, leverage native features to provide leadership with pipeline activity.

Triage incoming support tickets, gather business requirements, and provide end-user training to drive effective adoption of Salesforce and related tools.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce instance (experience with Sales Cloud preferred).

Proficient in Salesforce enterprise security models, custom objects, high-volume flows, page layouts, and sandbox lifecycle management.

Experience with Agile delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, DevOps/release tools, and SOQL.

Strong problem-solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication skills to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations.

Preferred experience managing or administering the following applications is highly beneficial:

• ZoomInfo and RingLead
• Groove and Highspot
• Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Conga Sign

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with urgency, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.

Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, five days per week.
