Description: Under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Application, the Salesforce Administrator will configure, maintain, and improve ImageTrend's Salesforce CRM platform, serving as a critical cross-functional systems operator. This role supports how Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams leverage tools, data, and processes to drive growth in the public safety and healthcare SaaS space.

This role also supports the ecosystem of business applications—including CPQ, marketing automation, and billing tools—ensuring seamless integration and optimization across departments. The Salesforce Administrator will focus on improving user experience, automating processes, and creating scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support long-term objectives.

What You'll Do

  1. Provide CRM administration support, including configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud instances.
  2. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, automations (Flows), custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for internal Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and training.
  4. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account management workflows.
  5. Support integration and data flow between Salesforce and systems like monday.com, DealHub, or other tools.
  6. Manage related business applications such as DealHub CPQ, Gong, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, MS Business Central, NetSuite, VersaPay, and others.
  7. Lead or support projects to improve integrations, automate processes, and eliminate manual handoffs.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build solutions, and drive adoption.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and training materials.
  10. Assist with system upgrades, troubleshoot integrations, and develop custom solutions as needed.
  11. Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or onsite meetings as required.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Salesforce Admin Certification, preferably Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder.
  3. Proven Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  4. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
  5. Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules.
  6. Familiarity with CPQ tools, preferably DealHub.
  7. Technical aptitude working with cross-functional systems (e.g., Monday.com, NetSuite, HubSpot, Zapier).
  8. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Willingness to travel up to 10%.

This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US following our Remote Work Policy. The deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date.

Position Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 USD + bonus, benefits, perks, and community gains. Salary is determined by skills, education, and experience.
