Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage Salesforce CRM and CPQ, support deployments, and govern environments. The role requires deep expertise in CPQ, metadata deployment, and CI/CD practices.

You will coordinate deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production, ensure security and access controls, and work with DevOps and business stakeholders to deliver reliable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
• Experience deploying metadata and managing environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce CRM and CPQ applications.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, users, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports.
• Support Salesforce CPQ processes including products, pricing, quotes, approvals, and related business workflows.
• Coordinate deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Deploy Salesforce configuration and metadata between environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, configuration problems, integration issues, and environment inconsistencies.
• Perform release validation, testing, and post-deployment verification.
• Maintain deployment documentation, change records, and release procedures.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps teams.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for change management, version control, deployment, and environment governance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Salesforce environments, supporting CRM and CPQ functionality, and coordinating deployments across multiple Salesforce environments using CI/CD practices.

Required Skills
