Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, Sales & Marketing

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 3 or more years of experience for a financial services organization that is 100% remote CST. This role offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administration of the Salesforce CRM system, including user setup, role and security management, and customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
• Design and generate customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM using Salesforce Reports or Conga.
• Maintain the integrity and security of our Salesforce environments through regular system checks.
• Collaborate effectively with technical leads, solution architects, and other development staff to achieve Salesforce project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration roles, including setting up users, profiles, configuring reports, workflows, etc.

Employment Type: 6-month contract

Compensation: $45.00-$56.00 per hour
