Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Utah. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales to help customers choose wireless solutions. You will build relationships, learn the latest devices and plans, and contribute to store goals.

The position offers a $15.00/hour base plus uncapped commissions, with an average earnings potential up to $20/hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments and a full benefits package is provided.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $15.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $20.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average. In addition to our competitive compensation package, we are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus is paid in two installments: $500 within your first one to two paychecks and $500 after 90 days of employment.

What You'll Do

• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.

• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
