Job summary

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX. You will deliver exceptional service, help customers choose the right wireless solutions, and build lasting relationships while working toward sales goals.

Join a team focused on Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service. Expect a base pay of $12 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17 per hour and growth opportunities through training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
