Compensation

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.

• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
