Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Arkansas to help customers select devices, plans, and accessories, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and building lasting relationships. This role offers a base of $12 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17 per hour for high performers.

You will participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities within a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about wireless products and services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Retail, sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
