Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities via community outreach, follow-up, and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through training.
• Assist with daily store operations: merchandising, inventory, cash handling, opening/closing.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
