What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for managing all field content, ensuring accessibility and organization
- Oversee the creation, quality assurance, and organization of learning materials within the Learning Management System
- Design field-facing learning experiences to enhance sales team skills and product knowledge
- Provide support to field leaders by sharing best practices and optimizing sales engagement tools
- Develop robust content for onboarding that covers sales skills, processes, and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, English, Visual Design, Communication, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or sales enablement, particularly with enterprise-level clients
- Proven ability to craft engaging learning interventions tailored to adult learners in a sales environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
