civil-recruit is seeking an Education Sales Specialist to drive B&M sales growth and retail partner training in the San Francisco, CA region. This is a part-time role with a 24-30 hour work week and a focus on in-store activation, training, and reporting.

You will report to the National Field Manager, travel up to 50 miles one-way to visit stores using your own car, and support retailer events. Haircare experience is a plus.

The Education Sales Specialist is responsible for the overall B&M sales growth and retail partners' brand training in the San Francisco, CA Region. 2-3 desk work, which is included in the 24-30 hour work week

Responsibilities

• Reports to National Field Manager regarding strategies on sales growth per assigned region, in-store activations and activities, sales reports and sales growth for retail partners, strategies and plans for future B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the North Los Angeles/Los Angeles Region
• Responsible for in-store brand and product training, plans, and opportunities for B&M sales growth for retail partners
• Support elevated in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotions for retail partners
• Responsible for weekly reports based on in-store events, brand reporting, and retailer weekly reports.
