Job summary

civil-recruit is seeking an Education Sales Specialist to drive B&M sales growth in the North Los Angeles/Los Angeles region. The role is hourly-based and requires 24-30 in-store hours per week plus 2-3 hours of desk work.

The position is part-time and focuses on in-store brand and product training for beauty retailers. You will partner with national field management on strategies and contribute to events and promotions with retailers to boost visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Beauty Advisor with Beauty Retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Macy’s etc.

Responsibilities

• Report strategies on sales growth, in-store activations and activities, sales reports and sales growth for retail partners, strategies and plans for future B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the North Los Angeles/Los Angeles Region
• Responsible for in-store brand and product training, plans, and opportunities for B&M sales growth for retail partners
• Support elevated in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotions for retail partners
• Responsible for weekly reports based on in-store events, brand reporting, and retailer weekly reports.

• The Education Sales Specialist is responsible for the overall B&M sales growth and retail partners brand training in the North Los Angeles/Los Angeles, CA Region. This position is hourly based and must work a minimum of 24-30 hours in-store per week/ additional 2-3 hours desk work per week.
