Freedom Mortgage in Marlton, NJ is launching a Sales Development Program designed to equip recent graduates to become licensed Loan Advisors in the mortgage industry. The program includes soft skills training, sales coaching, networking, and SAFÉ Act licensing exams.
Participants will pass the SAFÉ exam, gain proficiency with mortgage software tools, and transition to a career path within Freedom Mortgage upon meeting program requirements.

The Launch Sales Development Program is a comprehensive initiative tailored to equip college graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a licensed Loan Advisor within the mortgage industry. This program provides participants with opportunities for professional growth, including soft skills training, sales training, networking opportunities with exposure to industry leaders, and the acquisition of essential certifications, such as the S.A.F.E. Act Federal and State-specific licensing exams.

The estimated base pay for this role is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The estimated base pay for this position is the annualized equivalent of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00, depending on experience, qualifications, market location, and other job-related factors. In addition, this role is eligible for commissions based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
