An established industry player is seeking a Sales Training Manager to create and deliver engaging training content for its Organ Health business unit. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Training Manager, Organ Health creates and delivers clinical and sales training content for multiple products in the Organ Health business unit. The incumbent develops excellent working relationships with sales leadership and sales professionals to understand real-time training gaps and needs to address in sales training meetings such as New Hire Training (NHT) classes, Regional Sales meetings, product or indication launch meetings and Global Sales Meetings (GSM).

The pay range is listed, and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
