Summary of Job Duties: The Donor Allocation Transplant Coordinator is responsible for organ call duties for the transplant programs, including reviewing deceased donor organ offers, triaging patient calls, and other duties as assigned by transplant leadership.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Four (4) years nursing experience
• Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License
• Ability to obtain National Certification
• BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN
• Critical/acute care experience or experience in end-stage organ disease or transplantation
• CCTC

Additional Responsibilities:

• Care of patients with organ failure and related disorders
• Standardization of training and procedures
• Development of training modules and coaching
• Liaison with organ procurement organizations and transplant staff
• Partnering with the Transplant Quality Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
