Responsibilities

• Drive daily, monthly, and seasonal sales performance per door in Philadelphia and surrounding markets.

• Educate Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors using Kiehl's training tools.
• Coach staff to increase sales and training standards across brand education.
• Attend sales and management training meetings as directed.
