Job summary

Loreal in Philadelphia seeks a Sales and Training Manager to drive retail sales per door and education strategy for Sephora & Ulta accounts in Philadelphia and surrounding markets. You will educate beauty advisors using Kiehl’s training tools and coach staff to boost sales while coordinating seasonal retailer presentations.

Ability to travel 60-80% and lead education initiatives across multiple locations is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and merchandising skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, with multi-location responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing store teams.
• Strong merchandising and traffic-driving initiatives.
• Ability to travel 60–80%.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track retail performance across territory monthly and seasonally.
• Coordinate seasonal meetings and retailer presentations.
• Educate Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors using Kiehl’s training tools.
• Coach beauty advisors to increase sales and ensure responsibilities are met.
• Deliver training with Kiehl’s Circle of Experience and Academy.
• Participate in sales and management training meetings as directed.
