Job summary

L'oreal Usa is seeking a Sales and Training Manager in Philadelphia, responsible for retail sales per door and education strategy for Sephora & Ulta Accounts. You will cultivate relationships, manage accounts, and drive promotional activities and launches.

Responsibilities include educating advisors, coaching teams to boost sales, and coordinating seasonal meetings. Travel 60-80% is required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience with multi-location oversight.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, motivate and develop effective teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Track daily, monthly and seasonal retail performance across the territory.
• Arrange and lead seasonal retailer meetings and presentations.
• Educate Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors using Kiehl’s training tools.
• Coach beauty advisors to increase sales and ensure duties are fulfilled.
• Attend sales and management training meetings and events as directed.
