Job summary

The Sales and Training Manager is responsible for driving retail sales per door and the education strategy for Sephora and Ulta accounts in Philadelphia and surrounding markets. You will cultivate and maintain excellent relationships within doors, manage accounts to maximize daily and monthly goals, and coordinate launches and promotional activities.

You will educate Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors on selling our products using Kiehl's training tools, coach Brand Experts on knowledge and Academy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience with multiple locations and broad geographic scope.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, motivate, and develop effective teams.
• Strong merchandising, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60–80% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Track daily, monthly and seasonal retail performance within territory.
• Arrange and lead seasonal retailer meetings and strategy sessions.
• Educate Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors on product selling using Kiehl's training tools.
• Coach and train Brand Experts in Kiehl's Circle of Experience, product knowledge, and academy setup.
