The Role

BeyondTrust is looking to hire candidates to enter a 6-month immersion program within our Sales Development organisation. This program will teach you how the Sales team operates within a large software sales organisation. Develop your technology, sales, and consulting skills while building your career with BeyondTrust! Upon successful completion of the apprentice program, there is scope to be converted into a permanent member of the Sales Development Team.

This is an amazing opportunity to joining a high-growth Cyber Security company to gain relevant training and development which will support you in building a solid foundation for a successful and rewarding career in Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Services Sales (SaaS)

What You’ll Do
  • Engage in a rotational program of the Go-to-Market organisation
  • Develop a strong understanding of the BeyondTrust value proposition
  • Execute assigned training activities
  • Conduct research for key accounts that is to be leveraged for prospecting initiatives
  • Help source lists of ideal customers for the BDR teams to prospect into (little cold calling required)
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the team
  • Learn the sales process (ie. Cold calling [minimal])
  • Display a strong understanding of BeyondTrust Values, business acumen, and professionalism
What You’ll Bring
  • Less than 1 year working experience (New Graduates welcome to apply)
  • Preferred prior working experience (can include part-time or over school breaks)
  • Strong communication, networking, and presenting skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst producing tangible results
  • Adaptable to change and enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action
  • Team player with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence
  • Long-term interest in a Sales role
