Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Minneapolis is seeking a Sales Trainee - Non Exempt to learn all aspects of the electrical wholesale business over a 12-18 month program, including warehouse operations, customer service, account management, and inside/outside sales. The role emphasizes proactive communication, time management, and a drive to contribute to business goals.

You will attend online and in-person classes, receive on-the-job training, and build relationships with solar customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.
• Current valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations.
• On the job training and mentoring.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with solar customers.
• Goal planning with Division and Training Managers.
